OUR DEPARTMENTS


Production

O ur Production Department is responsible for the creation, manufacture, and packaging of our products. This department oversees the entire production process, from planning and design to execution and delivery. Key sub-sections include, store, granulation. compression, blistering and packaging.

Quality Control

Q uality Control (QC) Department is responsible for ensuring that our products meets the highest standards of safety, eficacy and quality inline with regulatory specifications. The primary goal of QC is to maintain high quality, reliability, and performance. Key responsibilities includes; inspection, testing, process improvement, training, certifications, risk management and vendor management.

Human Resource Management

The HR (Human Resources) department is a vital component of our organization. It is responsible for managing the company's workforce and handling all aspects of employee management. The primary functions includes;recruitment & hiring, compensation, policy & strategy, employee relations, training and compliance.

Finance and Accounts

Finance Department holds the responsibility of managing the company's financial activities, ensuring the organization's financial health, and driving business growth. They oversea our financial planning, funding, risk management, asset managment,financial performance and reporting.


Sales and Marketing

O ur Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships with existing ones. They develop sales strategy and performance metrics, lead generate leads, handles customer engagement and care, market intelligence and colloborates with necessary business units in ensuring that the goals of the organization are achieved.

Procurement and Logistics

Procurement Department is responsible for acquiring goods, services, and works from external sources to support an organization's operations. Key responsibilities include; sourcing, contract management, inventory management, purchase orders, supplier relations, market research, compliance management and cost management.

Information, Communication and Technology

The ICT Department determines and conceptually plans the best ways for technology to meet the goals of the company. It provides KCC employees, and system users, high quality technical support and assists them in finding the appropriate resource to answer their questions, resolve any computer or network related problems, develop and update applications, assist with specific program needs, and aid them in finding appropriate technology related tools to accomplish their job within the facility.
