Chairman/Founder: Aremu Babs Yahaya

Alhaji Babs Yahaya is a businessman, film producer and prominent politician from Kwara State. He was previously a member of the House of Representatives and Minister for Transport and Aviation and is now retired Alhaji Babs Yahaya founded KCC in 1995 and is the main architect of its success today. He continues to oversee the governance, strategy and the continued growth of the company.


Chief Executive Officer: Pharm. Adebayo Adeniyi

Bayo Adeniyi is a senior business leader with extensive experience in the Nigerian pharmaceutical industry. He spent over a decade at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Pharmaceutical Ltd, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in talent development and driving business growth. His expertise spans community, manufacturing, and hospital pharmacy practices, including roles at the Shell Petroleum Development Company. He excels in developing and implementing commercial strategies, market penetration, and pioneering significant projects. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), the Association of Industrial Pharmacists of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK, and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He is committed to leadership and mentorship within and outside the industry, and his dedication to excellence is evidenced by multiple awards, including Global Employee Recognitions from GSK. He has an MBA from University of Lagos and B. Pharm from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife


Chief Financial Officer: Adedoyin Kasumu, FCA.CFC.MBA.MSc.BSc

Kasumu is an ex-banker and alumnus of Deloitte, the leading accountancy and consulting firm in the world. He is a fellow chartered accountant and certified financial consultant, member of the Institute of Financial Consultants, USA and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is a top notch financial professional with several years’ experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, audit, assurance, consultancy and training, whilst adding value to multinational, public and private companies in various sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, telecoms, real estate, construction, trading, oil and gas. He had also trained many high-ranking CFOs, accountants, auditors and other financial executives, from top organisations and financial institutions, on IFRS implementation and financial reporting, financial modelling, enterprise risk management, strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, SMEs credit analysis, forensics, tax management and tax audit.


Director: Pharm. Arinola Yahaya

Arinola Yahaya is a Consultant Pharmacist with over 30 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the UK. She has a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of London and then qualified with a BPharm from The School of Pharmacy, University of London. She has worked in various sectors of the UK pharmaceutical industry, including as a Hospital Pharmacist at Kings College Hospital, at Whittington Hospital, London and as a Community Pharmacist for a major UK retail pharmacy.


Director: Yakubu Laiwola Yahaya

Lai Yahaya is a lawyer and development economist. He has worked as an advisor to the Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and was Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari. He originally qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and worked as an international project finance attorney with the New York law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. He received his BA(Hons) and MA from Balliol College, Oxford University and MSc in Business Economics. He is a Yale World Fellow and sits on the board of the African Leadership Institute in South Africa.


Director: Dr. Abdulateef Fola Yahaya

Fola Yahaya is an AI expert, academic and founder of Strategic Agenda, a global communications company that specialises in helping clients in the development sector communicate with impact. He was previously an E-strategy and information architecture consultant, working for a variety of high-profile clients including the UK Home Office, BP and the Government of Qatar. He started his career as an economist with the United Nations Development Programme in New York and with Morgan Stanley in London. He received his PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics.


Director: Abdulrasheed Goriola Yahaya

Gori Yahaya is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur dedicated to driving social impact through innovative education and technology solutions. A government and industry advisor on digital strategy and tech skills development, Gori's expertise spans digital education, strategic partnerships, and inclusive technology development. As co-founder of DigiCo, Gori leads efforts to close the digital divide across Europe. He's also the founder and CEO of UpSkill Universe, which has trained over 700,000 people across Africa, Europe, and the US, empowering the global workforce through adaptive learning solutions. With a BSc in Chemistry and Business Management from the University of Manchester, Gori brings a unique blend of scientific insight and business acumen to his ventures.
